KOLLIN MARKHAM UTILITY BILLING CLERK

Kollin began working for the City in November 2023 as the Customer Service Clerk. He was promoted to Utility Billing Clerk after only 9 months. The UB Clerk must learn to navigate not only the billing software, but two separate meter reading software systems as well. The City is moving toward gradually phasing out the older meter reading system, and replacing it with a more modern and more reliable system. It is a lot to handle, and Kollin handles it all very well.
