PUBLIC WORKS
The City's Public Works department is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, and repair of the City's water distribution systems and wastewater collection system. Among other things, Public Works employees must set manholes and fire hydrants, make water and sewer taps, install new sewer and water mains, perform minor street repairs, sign repairs/installs, maintain utility easements, and mow certain areas as needed.
