MAKING A PAYMENT
Please check your bill for your account number. You will need this number before you can make a payment here. If you do not have your bill, call or email our UB department to get your account number before proceeding.
All payments made after Redwater City Hall official close of business will be posted as if received the next business day. See "Payment and Shut-off Policies" for more information. Regular business hours are 8:00 am - 6:30 pm Monday-Thursday, and 8:00 am - 12:00 pm on Fridays.
Automatic Draft
After setting up automatic draft, your payment will be drafted from your bank account automatically on the due date of each month. There is NO FEE for this service, and you may cancel at any time.
Click the link to download the form, complete with your banking information, sign it and return it to the UB Clerk along with a voided check, if available. Forms received by the UB Clerk before the 25th of the month will be effective for the bill that goes out on the first of the following month. Forms received after the 25th will be effective on the following month's bill.
Credit Card
Click the link below to pay via credit card in the customer portal. Setting up an account in the portal is not required; however, you will need your account number.
Payments made in the portal are automatically posted to your account. All payments made by close of business each weekday are posted on that day. Payments made after close of business are posted with the next business day's payments.
A convenience fee of 3% of total paid will be assessed and collected by the credit card processing company.
