- view your bill,
- pay your bill,
- view usage history,
- view transactional history,
- request a service order, and
- manage your phone number / email for billing related notifications.

MAKE A PAYMENT

Our new billing software has issued new account numbers for everyone. You will need this number before you can make a payment here. If you do not have your bill, call or email our UB department to get your new account number.

IMPORTANT: All payments made after Redwater City Hall official close of business (usually 6:30 pm Mon-Thur, 12:00 pm Fri) will be posted as if received the next business day. See "Payment and Shut-off Policies".
OPTION 1:
- Pay in the customer portal (link below)
- Credit card payments only
- A convenience fee of 3% of total paid will be assessed and collected by the credit card processing company.
- Payments made in portal are automatically posted, therefore, all payments made by close of business each weekday are considered paid that day. Payments made after close of business are posted with the next business day's payments.
OPTION 2:
- Pay through doxo (link below)
- eCheck / bank account payments are FREE!
- Payments made via credit/debit card or Apple Pay will include a transaction fee of 3.1% or a minimum of $2.95.
- Payments made via doxo do have a short delay. When making a payment with doxo, please note the date it will be delivered to the City. Payments are posted the business day they are received, and late or shutoff policies may apply.

AUTOMATIC DRAFT
When you sign up for automatic draft, your payment will be drafted from your account automatically on the due date (7th, or the following Monday if the 7th falls on a weekend) of each month. There is NO fee for this service, and you may cancel any time.
Click the link above to download the form, complete with your banking information, sign it and return it to the Utility Billing Clerk along with a voided check from the account you wish to be drafted. Forms received by the UB Clerk before the 20th of the month will be effective for the bill that goes out that month. Forms received after the 20th will be effective on the following month's bill.
