Contact Tiffanie via EmailTiffanie Falgout joined the City of Redwater in October 2026 as a member of the Customer Service Team. A longtime Redwater resident for 25 years, Tiffanie is proud to serve the community she has called home for so many years.
In her role, Tiffanie handles many of the City’s front-line customer interactions, including drive-thru services, utility bill payments, and assisting residents with questions and concerns.
In addition to her Customer Service Responsibilities, Tiffanie will be training to become Assistant City Secretary, where she looks forward to learning and taking on the many responsibilities of the position. Kristy Sorsby:
Utility Billing Clerk
Contact Kristy via EmailKristy began working with the City in December 2025 as contract labor and has since been an invaluable asset to our customer service department. She is not afraid to ask the tough questions, especially when advocating for the needs and concerns of our community members.
We are excited to announce that Kristy has chosen to join the City of Redwater full-time, and we warmly welcome her as a permanent member of our team.

Utility Billing & Accounts Receivable
Contact Kristy via EmailKim White joined our team in October 2026 as the Utility Billing Clerk. Kim is a lifelong resident of Bowie County with close family ties to the Redwater community. She has experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing, insurance, payroll, and human resource which will make her an asset to our team. Kim looks forward to serving the citizens of Redwater.
Trash Service Information
Eco Waste Trash Pickup Service
Eco Waste trash pickup service is mandatory for residents living within Redwater city limits. This service is also available for City of Redwater water customers outside the city limits.

Curbside Pickup Guidelines
Waste Volume
Eco Waste will provide a 95-gallon waste cart container for the Customer for use. For waste placed within the waste cart containers, customers shall use plastic sacks designed to store solid waste with sufficient strength to animate physical integrity when lifted by the top. Customers are limited weekly to set out waste not to exceed the volume of what can be contained within the number of containers the customer is paying for, whether that is one or more containers.
Regardless of the number of containers the customer has, if the customer deposits waste for collection in addition to the permitted volume limit on more than just a periodic basis, Eco Waste may, at its sole discretion, charge the customer an additional reasonable charge for collection of that excess waste or may require the customer to obtain and pay for an additional container.
Bundles and Rubbish Disposal
Bundles such as tree limbs, shrubs, brush trimmings, rubbish, cardboard, newspapers, and magazines must be securely tied in packages no longer than three feet and weighing no more than 35 pounds.
If the customers dispose of bundles or rubbish in a manner not permitted by this agreement, Live Oak Environmental may, in its sole discretion, add an additional reasonable charge for the collection of the bundles and rubbish.
