Making a Payment

Before submitting a payment on the portal, please locate your account number on your utility bill. If you don’t have your bill available, contact the Utility Billing (UB) department via phone or email to obtain your account number.

Important: Payments received after the official close of business at Redwater City Hall are posted the next business day. Business hours are:

  • Monday through Thursday: 7:30 A.M.–5:30 P.M.
  • Friday: 8:00 A.M.–12:00 P.M.

Make a Payment

Automatic Draft Payment Option

Set up automatic draft payments to have your monthly bill automatically debited from your bank account on the due date—there is no fee for this service, and it can be canceled anytime.

To enroll:

  • Download and complete the ACH Payment Form with your bank information.
  • Sign the form and return it to the Utility Billing Clerk along with a voided check, if available.

Timing: Forms received before the 25th of the month will take effect on the next month’s bill issued on the first. Submissions after the 25th will be applied to the subsequent bill cycle.

Credit Card Payments

You may also pay your utility bill by credit card through the customer portal without creating an account.
You will need your utility account number to proceed.

Payments made before close of business on weekdays post the same day; payments after that time post the next business day.
Please note that a convenience fee of 3% is charged by the credit card processing company on all credit card transactions.
