To start water or sewer service with the City of Redwater, Texas, you must complete the New User Agreement. Please submit the entire five-page agreement, along with:

• Proof of Current Lease or Ownership
• A Copy of Your Driver’s License

Trash pickup service through Eco Waste (Live Oak Environmental) is mandatory for all residents and businesses inside city limits. Eco Waste service is also available to City water customers living outside city limits.

Eco Waste Service Details:
Waste Cart: Customers receive a 95-gallon waste cart for regular trash collection.
Waste Bags: Use plastic sacks strong enough to maintain physical integrity when lifted.
Volume Limits: Weekly waste set out must not exceed the volume of your paid containers. Excess waste may incur additional charges or require renting an additional container.
Bundles and Rubbish: Tree limbs, shrubs, brush, cardboard, newspapers, and magazines must be securely tied into easily handled bundles not exceeding 3 feet in length or 35 pounds in weight.
If customers dispose of bundles or rubbish in a manner not permitted by this agreement, Eco Waste may, in its sole discretion, add a reasonable additional charge for the collection of the bundles and rubbish.
